In our time with Luke, he skillfully guided us to the core childhood traumas that were alive inside our bodies and playing out in our adult lives. He shined a light on the emotional impact these things have had on our self expression and Luke held impeccable space for us to learn how to be with our more challenging emotions, while teaching us to feel the pain, shame, anger, and fear these traumas created.
Through this process, we witnessed something beautiful, a merging with a higher version of ourselves, our sacred soul self and a deeper understanding of who we really are as a result. The impact of this work has paved the way for us to develop a more heart centered, mindful way of being. It has also helped us feel safer with each other which has led us to be more loving towards each other and feel more empowered to be ourselves within our relationship. Our communication has positively shifted too and our physical and emotional intimacy has deepened. In our professional lives, we have seen more doors open up to higher level clients and have gained more clarity on the path towards expanding our reach and living our life by our divine design.
